Static Resume Website (AWS)

  • Created a resume website using HTML, CSS, and Java using Visual Code Studio and hosted using AWS S3

  • Used AWS Amplify to hosts static web resources including HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Used AWS Cognito to provide user management and authentication functions to secure the backend API
  • Created a NoSQL Database (DynamoDB) to provide a persistence layer where data can be stored by the API's Lambda function
  • Use Amazon API Gateway to expose the Lambda function to AWS Amplify as a RESTful API

  • IAM, System Administration and lead technical support technician for Elentra online learning platform, handling over 50 ServiceNow tickets per month in a timely manner and to client satisfaction
  • Manage SharePoint environments used by all faulty, staff, and students, responsibilities include installation, configuration, and maintenance of environments
  • Spearheaded and configured a custom QnA Chatbot using Azure Cognitive services with a custom created knowledge base, resulting in streamlined user experience and reduced support tickets opened
